Heavy Rainfall : దిల్లీకి వరద ముప్పు క్రమంగా పెరుగుతోంది. నిరాశ్రయుల కోసం ఏర్పాటుచేసిన శిబిరాలే వరద నీటిలో చిక్కుకుపోవడం పరిస్థితి తీవ్రతకు అద్దం పడుతోంది. ఎడతెరిపి లేకుండా కురుస్తున్న వర్షాల కారణంగా యమునా నది ఉప్పొంగింది. దాంతో మయూర్‌ విహార్‌ ఫేజ్‌-1 ప్రాంతం నీట మునిగింది. యమునా నది ఇవాళ ఉదయం 7 గంటల సమయానికి 207.48 మీటర్ల మేర ప్రవహిస్తోంది. 5 గంటల సమయంలో ఇది 207.47గా ఉంది. వరద ప్రభావంతో చాలా ప్రాంతాలు నీట మునగగా.. అక్కడి వీధి కుక్కలు నీటిలో విలవిలలాడుతున్నాయి.
